He has an evil plot to take over the city and give himself a massive pay rise.

Dude this is in bad taste, because you've clearly photoshopped a mirror image of Dr Evils hand onto Joe Anderson's image. Lookalikes that lookalike are funny but when you have to 'enhance' a picture it's a bit off! If you are going to do this type of manipulation, at least you could have altered the colour of Dr Evil's sleeve to match Mr Anderson's suit :p
